Scott Greenspun
Scott is one of ESM’s founders and principals. He has successfully represented over 100 hundred professional hockey players in the NHL and throughout the world since 1991, and was part of the first group of agents certified by the NHLPA in 1996. Scott, a practicing attorney, has extensive legal experience in areas such as contract negotiations, litigation, licensing, real estate transactions and insurance matters that enhances ESM’s ability to provide the highest quality sports management services to its clients.
Scott received his BA from the University of Buffalo in 1984, his JD from Vanderbilt University in 1987, and he has been licensed as an attorney in New York since 1988. Scott and his family reside in Westport, Connecticut.

Michael Deutsch
Michael Deutsch has been an agent for NHL players since 1994. Together with Scott Greenspun, he co-founded Eclipse Sports Management in 1995, and has been a certified agent since the NHLPA’s inception of its certification program in 1996. During his nearly 20 year career as an agent, Mr. Deutsch has negotiated numerous multi-million dollar contracts for professional ice hockey players around the world, including those in the NHL, KHL, Czech Extraliga, Finnish SM-Liiga, Swedish Elitserien and the German Elite League.
Mike has also been a guest lecturer regarding the NHL Collective Bargaining Agreement at both New York University and Adelphi University, and has served as a Panel Member at the American Bar Association's Annual Forum on the Entertainment and Sports Industries, where he commented on "Ethical Considerations and Obligations of Lawyers Who Counsel Artists and Athletes on Investment Management Issues."
Mike is a Member of the New York and New Jersey Bars, along with various federal courts, as well as the Bar Association of the City of New York. He received his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University in 1988, and his law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1992.
Mike lives together with his wife and children on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.

Marek Vorel
Marek, a certified player agent in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, scouts and represents players as an agent in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and throughout Europe. Marek works closely with players and their families to enhance their professional development and to facilitate their eventual transition to North America.
In a nearly two decade professional career, Marek Vorel played close to 700 games in Europe’s top professional hockey leagues, including stints in the KHL, the Finnish SM-Liiga, the Czech Extraliga and the Slovak Extraliga.
Marek resides in Brno, Czech Republic.

Tommy Öström
Tommy Öström has been the Swedish representative of ESM since 1995. Tommy is a registered agent with SICO, and has placed players in the Swedish Elitserien, as well as throughout the European Hockey world.
As a youth, Tommy represented his region in the TV-Pucken tournament, and played college hockey in the United States at Ohio University.

Stefan Metz
Stefan Metz is an ice hockey professional with many years’ experience as both player and manager. Twice German Champion with Berliner SC in 1974 and 1976, he also won a bronze medal as an international player at the 1976 Olympics in Innsbruck.
For six years manager of BSC Preussen Berlin, Stefan can also claim 311 league games and 41 international games to his name.

Günter Oswald
Günter Oswald has been a professional ice-hockeyplayer in Germany´s top ice-hockey league for the past 16 years. As a national player Günter has participated in two World Cups with a total of 32 international matches.
For three years, form 2008 to 2011, he worked as athletic director and assistant manager for EV Landshut - Team. Günter owns the German Ice-Hockey Coaching - A - License, also, a DEL registered agent, scouts and represents players in Germany.

Evgeny Ryabchikov
Evgeny has been associated with ESM as both a client and an agent. ESM represented Evgeny in 1994 -- when he was the Boston Bruins first round pick in the NHL Draft.
After several years of playing professionally in North America and Russia, Evgeny went on to became a successful businessman in Yaroslavl. Evgeny, wanting to combine is hockey experience and business accumen, now spearheads ESM's operations in Russia.
